The local bus stop (AC Transit 72) is one block away. The F bus, which circumnavigates the U.C. Berkeley campus stops one block away. Frequent AC Transit buses go to San Francisco and the Trans Bay Terminal. You can easily walk to Safeway, The Oaks Club, Arismendi Bakery, Bank of America, CVS Pharmacy, 7-Eleven, Panda Express, and Starbucks.We are looking for good tenants who pay their rent on time, keep their room clean, are businesslike in their dealings with the manager, and courteous to their fellow tenants.
