Credit Score: Minimum 700 FICO with no bankruptcies, evictions, or current collections
Income: Combined gross income of approximately 2.5x–3x the monthly rent
Rental History: Positive, verifiable rental history
Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID
Background Check: No serious criminal history that would affect resident safety or the property
Occupancy & Move-In Date
All intended occupants 18 years of age or older must apply
All occupants must be named on the lease if approved
Desired move-in date must align with property availability
By submitting an application, you acknowledge that:
• You have reviewed the screening criteria;
• You understand the screening fee is paid to Intellirent only; and
• Approval is based on meeting the published criteria and is not a guarantee.
