We ask for: One year lease. 1st month's rent (last month is not required with approved credit), security deposit $1000, pet deposit is 25% of first month's rent or $400, whichever is lower (cats only/2 pet max), application fee $40 per applicant, water/sewer/garbage $95/month per occupant and a parking fee of $40.

Please request a tenant application policy document from us. We do not accept portable tenant screening reports. Under Seattle's Fair Chance Ordinance, SMC 14.09, landlords are prohibited from requiring disclosure, asking about, rejecting an applicant, or taking any adverse action based on any arrest record, conviction record, or criminal history, except for registry information as described in subsection 14.09.025.A.3, 14.09.025.A.4, and 14.09.025.A.5, and subject to the exclusions and legal requirements in Section 14.09.115.
